Please read these terms carefully before using Velorik's platform and services.
This policy is effective as of April 2026 and will be updated as Velorik's services evolve.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Velorik platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Services
Velorik provides a fiscalization platform including APIs, developer tools, and compliance services for digital receipt management. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify Velorik immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Misuse of the API, including attempts to circumvent rate limits or submit fraudulent data, is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velorik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of The Netherlands.
